Josh Baumrind has been named vice president of partner alliances at MarketLive, a Petaluma e-commerce technology company. He previously served as director of business development with Janrian, Inc.

Karen Heintz has joined the Keegan & Coppin Co., Inc./ONCOR International's Santa Rosa office. Most recently a vice president at FaciliCorp in San Jose, she specializes in commercial office space and vineyard and winery properties.

Sara Donoso Rathbun has been appointed to the newly created position of general manager at Mercader Cork USA in Healdsburg. Her work in the wine industry includes a stint at Clos du Bois and most recently, as the marketing/communications manager for Dry Creek Vineyard.

Julius Orth is the new tasting room manager for Balletto Vineyards. Orth has worked 14 years in the food and beverage industry and previously managed tasting rooms in the Alexander and Napa valleys.

Lily Thompson has been named director of communications for Sonoma Academy. She previously worked as creative services manager for Traditional Medicinals and brand message manager for White Wave Foods.

Redwood Credit Union has re-elected three incumbents to its board of directors: Robert Steele, Debra Watts and Robert Wieck. Re-elected to Redwood Credit Union's Supervisory Committee, which oversees auditing, were David Gouin and Brian Elliott.

CPS Real Estate announced that real estate agent John Hess has joined the company's Santa Rosa office and agent Diane Quinn has joined the Petaluma office.

Mariel Lopez has been named manager of the newest Goodwill retail training center and store in Windsor. She worked at Goodwill of San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin, where she started as an assistant manager in 2009.

Zen Nails has moved to a new, larger location in Santa Rosa's Montgomery Village at 760 Village Court. The business, which offers offers manicures, pedicures, waxing and eyelash extensions, has been located in the shopping center since 2013.
