It was a Kodak moment when Foreigner invited Montgomery High's chambers singers onto the stage at the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa.

The Monty kids poured their hearts into the band's 1984 hit, “I Want to Know What Love Is.”

The Nov. 7 performance marked the second time in two years that Foreigner chose students in director Dana Alexander's program to share the Wells Fargo stage.

Foreigner founding member Mick Jones is big into music education, a commitment he puts into action by contributing to school programs and the GRAMMY Foundation.

The Montgomery singers came away with a donation, a lasting memory and a great old rock standard looping in their minds.
