A new study on the factors that prompt some businesses to locate in Sonoma and Marin counties -- and others to leave the North Bay -- will be released Thursday at a conference in Petaluma.
The conference, sponsored by North Bay Leadership Council, will focus on the region's business climate. A panel of business leaders will discuss the SSU study.
The program begins at 7 a.m. at the Sheraton Hotel in Petaluma. The cost is $30 per person and includes a continental breakfast.
Information on the Economic Insight Breakfast is available at www.northbayleadership.org or by calling the council at 283-0028.
