Two men broke into a Windsor-area home and loaded a stolen U-Haul truck and a stolen trailer with property including two 50-inch flat-screen TVs, three all-terrain vehicles, antique slot machines, even a refrigerator full of fine wine, authorities said Tuesday.

The owner was away from home for a few days and returned Saturday to find property valued at $295,000 missing.

The property and the stolen moving truck were recovered two days later. The owner loaded his things into another moving truck Tuesday at the Sonoma County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies declined to identify the victim.

The burglary apparently was an inside job.

One of the suspects had been hired to do contract labor in the home on Eastside Road south of Windsor River Road, where the burglary took place.

He was identified as Joseph Giuseppe Cutrufelli of Novato. The second suspect was identified as David Oliver Guimont, also of Novato.

The two men allegedly hauled away the victim's possessions in a 26-foot truck that was stolen Thursday from a U-Haul rental lot in Santa Rosa.

"They had the time and the means to clean the house out," said Sgt. Glenn Lawrence, placing the burglary between Thursday night and 6:45 a.m. Saturday, when witnesses saw a black Dodge Durango leaving the victim's property.

The burglars may have removed the merchandise in one or more trips, detectives said.

"We know we've got two people involved, but based upon the amount of property involved, there could be more," Lawrence said. "We're looking into it."

Lawrence said the victim provided the lead about Cutrufelli, which help detectives track him and the missing U-Haul to Olive Avenue in Novato.

A search of the truck and the Olive Avenue residence turned up a large portion of the victim's property, including furniture, appliances, paintings, antiques and clothing found inside the truck, detectives said.

Cutrufelli, 52, was being held in Marin County Jail on $10,000 bail, accused of residential burglary, possessing a stolen vehicle, possessing stolen property and related charges.

Pursuing the second suspect, detectives discovered a dump trailer stolen from the victim.

It was parked near a San Carlos Drive home in Novato. Prior to serving another search warrant, Guimont drove away from the residence but was stopped by detectives, who took him into custody Monday.

At the San Carlos Drive home, detectives said they found the stolen ATVs, ammunition, a rifle, tools, furniture, the televisions, computers and large household appliances.

"They even stole food," Detective Jim Naugle said.

Guimont, 39, was being held at Sonoma County Jail on $40,000 bail. He is accused of residential burglary, four counts of possessing a stolen vehicle, being a felon in possession of a firearm and other charges.

Witnesses in Novato saw some of the stolen property being unloaded at Guimont's house, Lawrence said.

Both suspects were previously convicted of vehicle theft in Sonoma County, court records show -- Cutrufelli in 1999 and Guimont in December 2000.

Cutrufelli's record also includes a pending felony narcotics possession charge, on which he is scheduled to appear in Sonoma County court Oct. 10.
